PHASE I - DISCOVER 

This is the first and most critical step. We do a deep dive with your leaders, staff and systems. In addition to the analysis we perform during this discovery process, we also teach your staff the methodology, build collaborative teams, and create alignment between key stakeholders and staff.

PHASE 2 - DESIGN

We now understand your organizational & operational capacity, core competencies and critical challenges. 

At this point, we research solutions and design options to harness your strengths and mitigate the issues. This creates the foundation for a future state vision. Road mapping and prioritization are the basis for future state development. We narrow down the options and evaluate viable solutions to achieve this goal. A variety of possibilities, including internal development, partnership alignment, CUSO/subsidiary  creation, as well as hybrid solutions, are considered. Combining what we learn from these initial 2 phases, we are ready to develop a transition plan for success.

PHASE 3 - DEVELOP

We develop a detailed project and resource plan for budget and timeline alignment. As needed, we can provide you with resources support, such as:

  • Project governance, milestone management and steering committee guidance

  • External systems, processes and business analyst resources 

  • Training and testing to assure quality deployment

PHASE 4 - DEPLOY

  • Pilot Launch and Remediation: Any new solution requires further development and feedback. We work with your team to choose scalable pilots, and develop training and  testing plans to create the best possible outcome.

  • Scaling Deployment and Roll Out: We deploy detailed expansion plans across all desired channels, and establish feedback loops and data driven metric models, to measure success to original goals and objectives.

  • Measured Success: Score cards and data dashboards become key components of the new solutions to ensure you continually monitor the necessary changes, to improve and increase capacity  and efficiency.
